An opportunity for some more carpentry, I couldn't resist. I had a friend who had an xs supply of mahogany, which was a Godsend. Doors are biscuit jointed on the vertical and t and g on the horizontal. frames are all half lapped at the corners, and then rabbitted to accomodate the bulkhead. Bill has strong opinions on the varnish and I have come to the conclusion he knows more than I do, he is quite right as you can see from some of the prior posts.
