I was concerned about using a wood counter in the head, as you can see the sink is set into the counter. It always seems that whenever wood is used around a sink it goes black. No problem, Bill has some clear epoxy left over from another job, so that problem was solved. He said "if it ever discolored he would fly to the boat, somewhere hot, and fix it at no cost."
